Registration

ICCGIV 2023 accepts registration fee in USD and CNY. Registration fee covers all conference sessions, conference document, meals and reception. Cost of accommodation is not covered by registration fee. You will need to book your accommodation separately. The On-site registrations are in USD/CNY by cash for Listener or Presentation only. Please fill the online registration form and send an application email to the conference email box: iccgiv@163.com at least 20 working days before the conference begins. The detailed registration fee can be found as follows.

Notes:
1. If a paper is accepted, at least one author need to register and present the paper, within EIGHT Pages including all figures, tables, and references. Extra pages will be charged.

2. Each paid registration covers only one paper; you can pay Additional Paper Fee (380USD/2660CNY) for one more paper from the same author who has already paid the registration fee.

3. One regular registration with one or more additional papers has only one proceeding.

4. Participants without paper submissions are also welcome. Each conference attendee requires a registration.

5. If you would like to register the conference and publish your paper as the reviewer, please send email to iccgiv@163.com. (Only PhD holder can apply)

6. The organizing committee will not ask delegates to provide credit card information for any purpose. The registration will be completed only via conference system.

All cancellations must be sent in writing to the conference email box: iccgiv@163.com and are subject to the following cancellation charges:

* Conference registration cancelled before Feb. 25, 2023 with reasonable grounds: 100% of the payment will be refunded, however an administration fee of 30USD will be charged for the service.
* Conference registration cancelled before Mar. 25, 2023 with reasonable grounds: 50% of the payment will be refunded.
* Conference registration cancelled before Apr. 15, 2023 with reasonable grounds: 30% of the payment will be refunded.
* Conference registration cancelled after Apr. 15, 2023 with reasonable grounds: the payment will not be refunded.

** 1. The above item is based on deduction for any bank transfer fees (30USD/210CNY). 2. In case of visa rejection, no-show or early departure, no refund of registration fees will be made. 3. All refunds will be processed after the conference. 4. Due to force majeure including but not limited to earthquake, natural disaster, war and country policy, organizer reserves the rights to change the conference dates or venue with immediate effect and does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses; to include, charges made for travel and lodging.
